Jacob 'JaY Vlax' Valachos
Jacob is a 25 year old multidisciplinary artist based in the United States.
Vlax describes his practice as "expressionist first". His work explores emotional vulnerability, the ocean & earth, spirituality, the human condition, and inner struggles. Rather than fixating on the final outcome, Vlax focuses on the artistic journey.
Best known for his raw. and emotionally driven mixed-media work, his portfolio also spans across abstract paintings, photography, short films, character and fashion design.
He has been creating art since he was young in many mediums and forms. Today, he is a contemporary artist who looks to spread love, build community, and bring people together through his art.
